Terms of use
These terms cover the FoundaDate website and pilot waitlist. Membership terms will be shared with you before you are invited to a round, and you will need to accept them separately.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee a place in a round.
- You must be at least 21 years old and single (unmarried and not in a committed relationship).
- Give accurate details. One sign-up per person.
Invite links
Each person who joins with your invite link moves you up the list. Referrals must be real people who choose to join. We may remove referrals, or remove you from the list, if links are used to create fake or duplicate sign-ups.
The pilot
- Pilot members will be asked for a refundable deposit to hold a seat. We will confirm the amount, and when it is refunded, before you pay anything.
- There are no paid boosts or ways to jump the queue other than invite links.
- Every member agrees to the code of conduct.
No guarantees
We work hard on every introduction, but we cannot promise a match, a relationship or any particular outcome. We verify identity and founder status; we do not run background checks unless we tell you otherwise. Please use the same care you would when meeting anyone new.
